To facilitate this task for you in the future, DELICARDO in collaboration with B. Behr's Verlag GmbH & Co. KG have developed an information pack about food allergies and intolerances, consisting of an information booklet, foodposter and foodfan /Allergyfan.
With the DELICARDO info packet, it becomes easy to meet the needs of guests with allergies and intolerances.

• The booklet provides 16 pages of information on tips and tricks, so that cuisine, service and management staff can adapt to these guests. In addition, it informs you about your future obligations to inform your guests regarding allergenic ingredients in your food.
• The foodfan gives you in addition to the poster information on possible alternative ingredients or products, also included is one card each for histamine intolerance and fructose / sorbitol malabsorption. The form 8cm x 12cm is perfect to be used both in the service area when the guest orders at the table and in the kitchen while preparing the food. For this reason both the foodposters and foodfan are coated with a durable and easy to clean material.
• The foodposter in the A1 format gives a quick overview of what should not be eaten in regard to certain allergies and intolerances, with suggested alternatives. It is also an excellent format in which to be hung in a central location in the kitchen.
